Role OverviewYou will own the creation of short-form vertical video content from scratch. This includes modeling and animating original 3D characters, generating short-form stories, and editing them into fast-paced, high-retention YouTube Shorts.Key Responsibilities

- 3D Character Creation: Design, model, rig, and animate original 3D characters tailored for short-form content.
- YouTube Shorts Production: Create, render, and edit vertical (9:16) videos optimized for high viewer retention and engagement.
- Motion Graphics & Effects: Add dynamic captions, sound effects, transitions, and visual flair to match fast-paced YouTube trends.
- Content Generation: Brainstorm, storyboard, and develop creative concepts or utilize AI/generation tools to streamline the content pipeline.
- Required Skills & Software




- 3D Animation Software: Expert proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya (specifically for character modeling and rigging).
- Video Editing Suite: Strong experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro (or CapCut Pro/DaVinci Resolve) for rapid short-form editing.
- Short-Form Expertise: Deep understanding of YouTube Shorts algorithms, pacing, hooks, and viral visual trends.
- Character Design: Solid grasp of character performance, expressions, and timing.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
