- Architect & Deploy Solutions: Design, implement, and manage advanced messaging and collaboration tools aligned with operational and organizational goals.
- Optimize Contemporary Platforms: Lead and optimize platforms like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, M365, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Analyze root causes of system issues and propose robust, effective long-term solutions.
- Drive Secure Operations: Execute advanced security measures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Automate Processes:



Deploy automation tools to boost efficiency and enable data-driven decisions.
- Innovation Leadership: Identify emerging tools and technologies to enhance collaboration while managing smooth transitions.
- Training & Documentation: Create clear technical guides, deliver training, and enable the team to harness the power of modern tech confidently.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience in managing messaging systems and collaboration platforms.
- Deep expertise in tools like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other M365 applications.
- Strong grasp of email protocols like SMTP, IMAP, POP3, and cloud environments.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell).
- Knowledge of authentication systems including SSO and MFA.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and deadline-driven work ethics.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in team-oriented settings.

Preferred Qualifications

- Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or equivalent.
- Exposure to hybrid cloud and on-premises solutions.
- Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.
- Familiarity with system analytics and reporting tools.
