Develop and implement strategic plans and policies for workplace operations in India division.
Oversee and manage all aspects of workplace operations, including facilities management, space planning, office supplies, and equipment procurement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Monitor and analyze workplace trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, health and safety regulations, and local laws.
Manage budget and expenses related to workplace operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective services.




Lead and mentor a team of workplace operation professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve department goals.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Collaborate with HR to develop and implement workplace policies and procedures that promote a positive and inclusive work culture.
Plan and coordinate office moves and relocations as necessary.
Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies to improve workplace operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively to address any workplace-related issues.
Identify and implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and engagement in the workplace.
