Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced RPA Automation Anywhere Lead with over 7 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) who can take care of operations managing the BOTs (Fix and changes) and developments.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to IT, business stakeholders, VPs discussing solutions and operations end to end and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role requires excellent communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to engage directly with business operations to identify, prioritize, and deliver RPA automation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and customer experience.
