Job Summary

- Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
- Design, build, deploy, and manage Citrix ADC environments.
- Configure and support:
- Load Balancing
- Content Switching
- SSL Offloading
- GSLB
- Rewrite & Responder Policies
- Authentication Policies
- High Availability (HA)
- Application Publishing
- Lead application onboarding and migration activities.
- Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Layer 4-7 traffic flows.
- Execute platform upgrades, firmware maintenance, and technology refresh programs.
- Lead capacity planning, scalability assessments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Production Support

- Serve as the highest-level escalation point for critical incidents.
- Lead major incident management, problem management, and RCA activities.
- Ensure platform availability, stability, and operational excellence.
- Develop operational procedures, standards, runbooks, and governance processes.
- Manage capacity planning, performance monitoring, and service improvement initiatives.

Skill RequirementsSkyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) / Proxy

- Design, implement, and support enterprise proxy infrastructure.
- Manage:
- URL Filtering
- Web Access Policies
- SSL Inspection
- Authentication Integration
- Threat Protection Controls
- Internet Access Governance

- Troubleshoot complex user access, authentication, and web connectivity issues.




- Optimize proxy performance and policy effectiveness.
- Drive proxy platform migrations, upgrades, and architectural enhancements.
