- Attend all grooming checks and visual merchandising activities.
- Set up trial rooms and client spaces under Senior Stylist's guidance.
- Learn about assigned clients by reading brief notes and observing seniors.PROCESS (Operations)
- Assist during CCS stages: client hosting, trial organization, product movement.
- Begin independently handling standard clients with simple styling needs.
- Maintain studio lifestyle, grooming presence, and service etiquette throughout clientvisits.POST (Results)
- Submit basic client service notes to Senior or Catalyst post-trial.
- Participate in daily reflections: what went right, where improvements needed.
