Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer & Video EditorDepartment: MarketingLocation: BengaluruAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Video Editor to lead creative production across our real estate marketing campaigns — from static creatives and brand collateral to reels, walkthroughs, and campaign videos. You'll work closely with the marketing operations, digital marketing, and pre-sales teams to translate project positioning into compelling visual and video content across digital, print, and on-ground channels.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality creatives for digital campaigns (Meta, Google Display, YouTube), print collateral, hoardings, and sales kitsEdit and produce video content — project walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, ad films, and event coverage — for social media and campaign useOwn the visual brand identity across all project and corporate communication, ensuring consistency in tone, typography, and styleCollaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and sales teams to understand campaign briefs and translate them into visual conceptsManage end-to-end video production: shoot planning/coordination, editing, color grading, sound design, and final deliveryDesign brochures, floor plans, signages, exhibition standees, and other pre-sales/sales enablement materialWork with external vendors (photographers, videographers, printers)



when needed and ensure quality control on deliverablesMaintain an organized creative asset library and ensure timely delivery against campaign calendarsStay current with design trends, social media formats, and video content styles relevant to real estate marketingMentor junior designers/editors on the team (if applicable) and maintain design QC standardsRequirements5–8 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally with exposure to real estate, retail, or lifestyle brandsStrong portfolio demonstrating both static design and video editing workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) — knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a plusSolid understanding of motion graphics, typography, layout, and color theoryExperience creating content optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work within tight timelinesStrong communication skills to interpret briefs and present creative concepts to stakeholdersBachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, or a related field preferredGood to HaveExperience with 3D walkthroughs or architectural visualizationBasic photography/videography skills for in office shootsFamiliarity with real estate marketing formats (project brochures, RERA-compliant creatives, etc.)
