The person should be able to think beyond single creatives and contribute to larger campaign communication.Key ResponsibilitiesLead visual direction for social media campaigns and digital communicationCreate robust and scalable design systems for brands and campaign needsDesign creatives for social media, digital campaigns, announcements, public communication, and brand contentOversee content calendar creatives and maintain output quality across formatsWork closely with strategy, copy, and video teams to build strong campaign communicationReview and guide junior and mid-level designers on design quality, layout, and executionEnsure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in sensitive communication materialExplore and improve new content formats such as Reels, Shorts, YouTube creatives, and AI-led design outputsMaintain strong visual hierarchy, brand consistency,
