The role involves providing advanced network operations support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, change implementation, stakeholder coordination, and governance activities for LAN, WAN, WLAN, Security, SD-WAN, and Cloud connectivity environments.The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on expertise in routing, switching, wireless, network security, enterprise troubleshooting, network monitoring, and ITSM-driven service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesNetwork Operations & SupportProvide L2/L2+ operational support for Enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, Internet, VPN, Firewall, Proxy, Load Balancers, DNS/DHCP, Routing, Switching, and Remote Access environments.Manage network incidents from identification through resolution while ensuring SLA compliance.Act as an escalation point for Service Desk, NOC, and Operations teams.Perform advanced troubleshooting of:Routing and Switching issuesLatency and Packet Loss issuesBandwidth congestionLink flappingInternet and WAN connectivity issuesWireless and VPN connectivity issuesNetwork Configuration & AdministrationConfigure and troubleshoot:VLANsTrunkingSTP/RSTPEtherChannelRouting Protocols (OSPF, BGP)IP AddressingDHCPDNSNATACLsSupport MPLS, SD-WAN, Leased Lines, Internet Circuits, Broadband, and Data Center connectivity.Security & Firewall ManagementManage and troubleshoot Firewall, VPN,
