Job DescriptionRole Overview NLanstitut is expanding across India with a focus on building strong regional sales ecosystems. The Sales Head – North will be responsible for establishing and scaling the company's presence in the region through structured sales systems, strong team leadership, and consistent revenue growth. NThis role requires a leader who can build and manage high-performance sales teams, drive student admissions, and develop regional partnerships. NKey ResponsibilitiesnRegional Revenue Ownership Nn Drive monthly andquarterly regional revenue targets. N Build a structured sales funnel from lead generation to student admissions. N Ensure strong conversion rates across counselling and enrollment stages. NnSales Team Leadership Nn Recruit and manage Business Development Executives, Senior BDEs, and Team Leads. N Conduct regular sales training on pitch, follow-up strategy, and closing frameworks. N Implement performance tracking through KPIs and dashboards. NnMarket Development Nn Expand Lanstitut's presence across universities, education consultants, and referral partners.



N Build strong networks with student communities and career guidance channels. N Identify recent market opportunities within Telangana. NnSales Operations &Systems; Nn Implement CRM-driven lead management and follow-up systems. N Standardize sales scripts, call frameworks, and reporting structures. N Monitor lead utilization and ensure effective conversion strategies. NnPerformance Reporting Nn Track key metricsincluding: N Lead-to-counselling conversion N Counselling-to-admission conversion N Revenue per sales executive N Monthly revenue growth NnRequirementsn N 3+ years experience in sales leadership or regional sales management. N Experience in education, EdTech, or overseas career consulting preferred. N Proven ability to buildand manage high-performing sales teams. N Strong understanding ofsales funnels, conversion optimization, and CRM tools.
