We're looking for an experienced accountant to take genuine ownership of the books across those entities — not just process transactions, but maintain a clean, defensible set of records that stands up to a CPA's review and a tax filing. NYou will be the finance function. There is no one above you doing the work — we need someone who catches problems before we do and tells us about them. NAs entity count and transaction volume increase, so does the scope — including standardizing processes across companies and eventually building and overseeing a small team. We're hiring for the long term, not for a gap.



NWhat You'll Ownnn Full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple related entities — AP, AR, bank and credit-card reconciliations N Intercompany transactions: recording transfers, maintaining due-to / due-from balances between entities, and keeping both sides reconciled and documented N Bill pay execution through our approval workflow (you prepare and code; the founder approves and releases) N Receivables tracking and follow-up on ageing N Month-end close and financial statement preparation for each entity N Flagging what looks wrong — mis-codings, missing documentation, balances that don't tie — rather than just closing the month N Coordinating with our US CPA at close and at year-end N Over time: writing SOPs, standardizing the chart of accounts across entities, and training junior support NnWhat We're LookingFor NEssentialnn 3+ years doing bookkeeping or accounting for US-based clients or entities — this is the primary requirement N Hands-on QuickBooks Online experience (not just Tally) N Working knowledge of USGAAP and US small-business accounting practice N Experience with multi-entity or group structures — you've maintained intercompany balances before and can explain how N CA, CA Inter (semi-qualified), CMA,
