N Own the overall qualityof testing deliverables and timely project execution. N Drive testing governance, quality assurance, defect management, and process compliance. N Act as the primary point of contact for test delivery and quality-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities N Overall responsibility for quality of testing and timely delivery across projects. N Create and implement Test Strategy, Test Plans, and Test Governance framework. N Define resource requirements, allocation plans, and technical skill requirements. N Create Test Design, Test Execution Plans, and testing schedules. N Manage and monitor defect lifecycle and defect resolution activities. N Drive continuous Test Improvement Initiatives across the project lifecycle. N Ensure adequate test coverage for business, functional, and integration requirements. N Identify project risks,quality concerns,



and mitigation strategies. N Maintain quality standards and release readiness throughout the project. N Review testing deliverables and ensure adherence to quality objectives. NnStakeholder Management Nn Interact closely with Bank stakeholders for project risks, concerns, and issue resolution. N Provide regular status updates to Delivery Managers and Program Managers. N Coordinate with Business, Development, and Project teams to ensure testing alignment. N Escalate critical risksand dependencies in a timely manner. NnQuality Governance& Compliance Nn Ensure compliancewith GBK and QualityKiosk processes and standards. N Drive process adherence, audits, and quality governance activities. N Establish quality checkpoints and review mechanisms. N Ensure all testing deliverables meet defined quality benchmarks. NnDefect Management Nn Lead defect tracking, triage, prioritization, and closure activities. N Analyze defect trends and identify improvement opportunities. N Ensure timely resolution of critical and high-priority defects. N Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and preventive actions. NnMetrics & Reporting Nn Responsible for metrics measurement, analysis, and implementation. N Track testing KPIs, defect metrics, execution status, and quality indicators.
