N Analyze regulatory changes and provide advisory to internal stakeholders to ensure compliance N Support our HR team foremployment regulations related to employee lifecycle management and statutory compliance related aspects. N Implementation of the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organization level N Enable the ongoing identification of operational and regulatory risk ensuring transparent mitigation plans are defined, tracked and implemented. NnAudits & Risk Assessments Nn Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps.



N Implement corrective actions and best practices to mitigate compliance risks. N Maintain records and reports on compliance activities, audits, and findings. NnStakeholder Management & Advisory Nn Work closely withcorporate, legal, and HR teams to ensure employment policies align with regulatory standards. N Provide advisory support on compliance-related matters, including hiring, termination, workplace policies, and employee relations etc. NnKey Qualifications& Skills N✔ Experience: 6-7 years in HR compliance – India and globally .
