Our Mohali office is the front line of that operation. NnYou will bethe first voice an Australian customer hears when their email stops Nworking, their internet drops out, or their PC won't start. You'll take the call, Nwork out what's actually wrong, fix what can be fixed remotely, and book a Ntechnician onsite when itcan't. Roughly half your day is phone and booking work, Nthe other half is hands-on remote support. NnThis is a real technical role, not a script-reading job. - Answer inbound customercalls, diagnose the issue over the phone, and set the Nright expectation on costand turnaround N
- Book onsite visits intotechnician calendars and schedule remote support sessions N
- Deliver remote support to residential and business customers using remote access tools N
- Set up and troubleshootemail — IMAP, POP3, Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365, Nacross Outlook, Apple Mail, iPhone and Android N
- Set up printers and scanners — drivers, network and wireless printing, shared Nprinters, scan-to-email N
- Set up and troubleshootinternet connections — modems, routers, Wi-Fi coverage, NNBN and mobile broadband faults, and knowing when to escalate to the ISP N
- Handle Windows administration — Windows 10/11, user accounts and profiles, Windows NServer and Active Directory basics, updates, backups, malware cleanup N




- Support Apple devices —macOS, Apple ID and iCloud, Time Machine, Mail setup, iPhone Nand iPad configuration N
- Log every job accurately in our ticketing system with clear, complete notes N
- Follow up with customers until the issue is genuinely resolved Nn## What youneed Nn
- 2+ years in an MSP, IT helpdesk or managed services setting (MSP experience is Nessential — you should already understand tickets, SLAs and multi-client support) N
- Strong hands-on skills across email configuration, printers, internet and networking, NWindows administration and Apple support N
- Practical networking knowledge — DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, port forwarding, Wi-Fi Ntroubleshooting, basic switch and firewall concepts N
- Excellent spoken and written English, and the confidence to explain technical things Nsimply to a non-technicalcustomer N
- Genuine willingness to work the 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM IST shift long term, from our NMohali officen
- Patience and a calm phone manner — many customers call when they are already frustrated Nn## Nice to have Nn
- Microsoft365 and Google Workspace administration N
- Experience with RMM andPSA tools N
- Intune, MDM or Apple Business Manager exposure N
- CompTIA A+ / Network+, or Microsoft certifications N
