Job DescriptionRole Objective: NnTo lead placement strategy and build strong industry relationships for the PGPM and PGDM programs, ensuring quality employment opportunities, strong recruiter partnerships, and successful placement outcomes for students. NnKeyResponsibilities: Nn1. Placement Strategy & Execution Nn Develop and execute placement strategies for the PGPM and PGDM programs. N Manage the end-to-end placement process, from recruiter outreach to offer closure. N Build and expand a strong and diverse recruiter network across sectors and functions. N Track placement progress, offers, compensation, and key placement metrics. N Ensure smooth and timely execution of campus recruitment processes. Nnn2. Industry & Corporate Relations Nn Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, business heads, and industry professionals. N Identify and onboard new recruiters and corporate partners. N Strengthen existing relationships and drive repeat hiring from key recruiters. N Develop long-term corporate partnerships for placements, internships, live projects, guest sessions, and other industry engagements. N Represent SOIL at relevant industry forums and corporate networking platforms. Nnn3. Recruiter Engagement Nn Coordinate pre-placement talks, recruitment presentations, assessments, interviews, and other hiring processes. N Understand evolving industry hiring requirements and identify relevant opportunities for students. N Gather recruiter feedback and use insights to strengthen future placement strategies. N Maintain an active pipeline of prospective recruiters throughout the year. Nnn4.
Team & Stakeholder Management Nn Lead and manage the placement team to ensure effective execution and achievement of placement goals. N Work closely with senior leadership, faculty, alumni, and other internal stakeholders. N Maintain accurate placement MIS and provide regular reports and insights to leadership. N Ensure a professional experience for both students and corporate partners throughout the placement process. NnnKey Skills & Competencies Nn Robust corporate networking and relationship management skills. N Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. N Strong understanding ofcampus recruitment and the higher education placement ecosystem. N Business development and recruiter acquisition mindset. N Strong execution, analytical, and team management skills. NnnRequirements Nn Master's degree in management, HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline. N 8–12 years of relevant experience in placements, corporate relations, campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or business development. N Prior experience in a reputed business school, higher education institution, or AICTE-approved institution preferred. N Strong network with corporate recruiters and HR/Talent Acquisition professionals. N Demonstrated experiencein driving placements and developing corporate relationships.
