Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Bag Designer to conceptualize and design product accessories, primarily focusing on bags, pouches, and packaging concepts. The role requires translating brand aesthetics into functional, visually appealing, and market-ready product designs that align with the company’s premium hospitality and retail standards. NnKey Responsibilities Nn Conceptualize anddesign bags, pouches, and accessory packaging for various product lines. N Develop innovative packaging concepts that enhance product presentation and brand experience. N Create design mockups, sketches, and prototypes for product accessories and packaging materials. N Work closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency. N Research markettrends, materials, and design innovations to bring fresh ideas into product development. N Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for sampling, material selection, and production feasibility. N Ensure all designs meetquality standards, functionality, and brand guidelines.



N Support the team with design documentation, technical specifications, and product development timelines. NnnRequirements Nn Bachelor’s degreein Product Design, Fashion Accessories Design, or a related field. N 2–5 years of experience in product design, packaging design, or accessory design. N Experience designing bags, pouches, or packaging structures will be preferred. N Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software. N Solid understanding ofmaterials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for packaging and accessories. N Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. N Ability to translate concepts into practical, production-ready designs. NnnPreferred Skills Nn Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, or personal care brands. N Knowledge of sustainable packaging and materials. N Ability to create prototype samples and design presentations. Nn
