NnPosition Overview: NnWe're looking for a proactive Project Executive to join our operations team, responsible for monitoring the installation process as per SOP and escalating the deviations to the management in a structured manner. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation. NnKeyResponsibilities:



Nnn Keenly observe the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP N Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates N Promptly addressing theprocess deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products N Proper documentation oferrors noticed, and presenting the metrics N Structured escalation of identified issues and providing resolutions in a systematic manner NnnQualifications: Nnn Educational background should include a B.Tech or Diploma with a focus on electrical engineering N Ideally, 0 to 2 years of expertise in the same or a relevant industry N Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD N Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems N Solid interpersonal abilities NnnKey measures of success: Nnn Documentation and structured reporting of on-site observations N Seamless Installations N Quality of Execution N Cross-functional coordination NnnKey Competencies: Nnn Ownership for action and results N Customer centricity N Process Centricityn Documentation Skills N Communication and Interpersonal Skills NnnKeus Culture: NnJoin a teamthat is passionate about innovation and excellence.
