and recommendations .Demonstrate and train teams onSkinQ Rx facial protocols and facial kits .Train therapists ondifferent facial variants, skin concerns, and suitable protocols .Conducthands-on practical trainingand assess staff knowledge and service execution.Train teams onmachine-based facials and professional skincare equipment .Conduct refresher training and provideon-ground supportat partner salons.Monitor protocol compliance and identifytraining gaps .Coordinate withSales & Key Account teamsfor salon training and activations.Supportnew product launches, workshops, and demonstrations .Maintain training records, assessments, attendance, and feedback.Key Skills & QualificationStrong knowledge ofskincare, facial treatments, skin types, and skin concerns .Hands-on knowledge ofmachine facials and salon equipment .Excellenttraining, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills .Diploma/Certification inBeauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Skin & Beauty, or a related field.Experience withprofessional skincare/salon brandspreferred.Willingness totravel across salon locations .Apply NowInterested candidates can share their updated CV at:
