Job DescriptionJob Description NnJobTitle: Global Payroll & Benefits NExperience: 5-7years NLocation: Greater Noida NnRole Overview NWe are looking for an experienced Global Payroll & benefits professional to manage payroll and benefits operations for UK, Poland, and other European geographies. The role requires expertise in payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance management, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management within a global environment. NnKeyResponsibilities Nn Manage end-to-endpayroll inputs for assigned geographies, including current hires, exits, salary revisions, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and statutory updates. N Coordinate payroll processing activities for UK and Poland while ensuring adherence to payroll calendars and timelines. N Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. N Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, exits, changes, and employee support. N Partner with HR, Finance, Compensation & Benefits teams, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.



N Coordinate with payrollvendors and benefits providers to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. N Maintain payroll controls, audit documentation, SOPs, and compliance records. N Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis while supporting process improvements and automation initiatives. NnnRequired Skills & Experience Nn 5-7 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration. N Strong hands-on experience in UK Payroll and employee benefits management. N Working knowledge of Poland Payroll processes. N Exposure to multi-country European payroll operations. N Experience managing payroll vendors and external service providers. N Understanding of payroll compliance, audit requirements, labour regulations, and data privacy practices. N Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
