- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end product design. N
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centred design solutions with tangible outcomes. N
- Excellence in Figma: auto-layouts, components, responsive design, and design Nsystems.n
- Deep understanding of UX and visual design, with a high bar for craft and quality. N
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Research. N
- Experience designing for B2B, enterprise, or platform applications is highly Ndesirable.n
- Comfort working with and experimenting with AI tools across the design process. N
- Strong communication and storytelling skills: you can articulate your rationale Nclearly to any audience. N
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience. NKey Responsibilitiesn
- Own end-to-end design for complex features and product areas. N
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well-reasoned design solutions. N
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes,



and high-fidelity UI across the product Nlifecycle.n
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through Ndelivery.n
- Contribute to and evolve Tekion's design system: components, patterns, and Ndocumentation.n
- Conduct and synthesize user research to validate and refine design decisions. N
- Present design work clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively. N
- Identify opportunity areas where AI can reduce friction or improve user outcomes. N
- Maintain design qualityand consistency across your product area. N
