NnPrincipal Engineer – Web NWe are looking for a Principal Engineer – Web who is a strong hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in modern web technologies. The role will be responsible for driving web architecture, technical strategy, engineering excellence, and end-to-end delivery of complex products and platforms. NnKeyResponsibilities N
- Lead architecture and design discussions for scalable, high-performance web applications. N
- Build products and platforms from scratch, starting from requirements and technical design through development, deployment, and production. N
- Own the complete product lifecycle — requirements, architecture, development, testing, deployment, production, monitoring, and continuous improvement. N
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and solve complex engineering and architectural problems. N
- Design and build applications using React, Next.Js, Angular, Node.Js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. N




- Drive frontend architecture, scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. N
- Strong understanding ofSSR, CSR, SSG, hydration, and modern web architecture. N
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. N
- Mentor and coach seniorengineers, help grow technical talent, and raise the overall engineering bar. N
- Drive engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, performance, and reliability. N
- Identify and address technical debt, scalability challenges, and architectural risks. N
- Influence technical strategy and engineering decisions across multiple teams. N
- Act as a technical owner for critical initiatives and ensure successful delivery with high quality and reliability. NnRequired Skills N
- Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.Js. N
- Good experience with Angular and Node.Js. N
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS, SSR, CSR, and modern web architecture. N
- Strong hands-on experience with web performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and observability. N
- Experience with modern web deployment practices, CI/CD, and production deployments. N
- Solid system design, architecture, scalability, and performance skills. N
- Experience building andscaling large web applications/products from scratch. N
- Strong problem-solving,communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. N
- Ability to operate withSDE4 / Principal-level ownership, technical depth, and influence. NnGood to Have N
- Experience with the MERN stack — MongoDB, Express.Js, React, and Node.Js. N
- Experience with cloud platforms and microservices. N
- Experience working in large-scale, distributed, or high-growth product environments.
