- Lead OTM Cloud implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects. N
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,
and solution design workshops. N
- Configure transportation planning, execution, freight settlement, and rate management processes. N
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with ERP and third-party logistics systems. N
- Support SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities. N
- Drive process optimization and logistics automation initiatives. N
