- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
- Prepare monthly MIS and management reports
- Perform actual vs budget analysis and variance reporting
- Analyse business performance and provide financial insights
- Support financial modelling and reporting requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for business analysis
Required Skills
- Robust understanding of FP&A; / Business Finance
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MIS reporting and variance analysis
- SAP / ERP exposure will be preferred
- Strong communication skills

Candidates from FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, Telecom, IT Services, or similar industries.
Location: Gurugram⏰ Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
