We are seeking experienced DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) Sales Professionals to join our organization and lead business development efforts for our data privacy and compliance solutions across key markets in India.

Data RakshaQ, a product of CERF Solutions, is India’s dedicated DPDP compliance platform, helping enterprises simplify and strengthen their data privacy and compliance journey. As we scale our business, we’re looking for a sharp and results-driven DPDP Sales Professional to drive enterprise sales, acquire new clients, build strategic relationships, and grow our DPDP compliance business across leading enterprises

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete sales cycle for DPDP compliance solutions, from lead generation to deal closure
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CXOs, CISOs, Data Protection Officers, and Legal/Compliance leadership
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and account mapping
- Partner with pre-sales, legal, and technical teams to develop client-specific proposals and solution presentations




- Monitor regulatory developments under the DPDP Act, 2023, and align sales strategy accordingly
- Represent the organization at industry forums, client engagements, and professional events
- Consistently achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrated experience in IT/SaaS, compliance, GRC, or cybersecurity solution sales
- Must have an established network and strong working relationships with CISO, CTO, CIO, DPO, and other key decision-makers within enterprise organizations
- Sound understanding of data protection regulations, including the DPDP Act; familiarity with GDPR is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
