Job Summary

Citrix ADC (NetScaler) • Design, build, deploy, and manage Citrix ADC environments. • Configure and support: o Load Balancing o Content Switching o SSL Offloading o GSLB o Rewrite & Responder Policies o Authentication Policies o High Availability (HA) o Application Publishing • Lead application onboarding and migration activities. • Perform performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of Layer 4-7 traffic flows. • Execute platform upgrades, firmware maintenance, and technology refresh programs. • Lead capacity planning, scalability assessments, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Production Support • Serve as the highest-level escalation point for critical incidents. • Lead major incident management, problem management, and RCA activities. • Ensure platform availability, stability, and operational excellence. • Develop operational procedures, standards, runbooks, and governance processes. • Manage capacity planning, performance monitoring, and service improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

Skyhigh Secure Web Gateway (SWG) / Proxy • Design, implement, and support enterprise proxy infrastructure. • Manage: o URL Filtering o Web Access Policies o SSL Inspection o Authentication Integration o Threat Protection Controls o Internet Access Governance • Troubleshoot complex user access, authentication, and web connectivity issues. • Optimize proxy performance and policy effectiveness. • Drive proxy platform migrations, upgrades, and architectural enhancements.

Other Requirements

Lifecycle Management & Projects • Own the complete lifecycle management of Citrix ADC and Skyhigh platforms. • Plan and execute: o Hardware Refresh Programs o Software/Firmware Upgrades o Platform Replacements o EOL/EOS Remediation o Datacenter Migrations o Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure Integrations • Lead transformation projects from assessment through implementation and production handover. • Coordinate with vendors,
