Hiring: Program Manager - Last Mile / Rider Operations

We're looking for a Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across Rider Hiring, Supply, Reliability, Productivity, and Last Mile Operations.

n

What you'll do:

n

n
- Drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
n
- Analyze rider supply-demand, operational performance, costs, and key KPIs
n
- Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance scorecards
n
- Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed solutions
n
- Lead process improvement, automation, incentive optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
n
- Manage pilots from execution to impact assessment and scale-up
n
- Build SOPs, frameworks, and governance mechanisms
n




- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
n

n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Supply, or Rider/Driver Sourcing
n
- Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace preferred
n
- Advanced Excel mandatory
n
- SQL preferred
n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Experience managing cross-functional programs and pilots
n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous workplace
n
