Role Overview:

Tipplr is looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our Restaurant Onboarding team. The primary responsibility of this role is to call restaurant owners/managers, introduce the Tipplr platform, explain its perks, and successfully onboard restaurants onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to restaurant owners and managers.
n
- Introduce Tipplr and clearly explain the platform and its benefits.
n
- Convince restaurants to register and onboard with Tipplr.
n
- Follow up regularly with interested restaurants until onboarding is completed.
n
- Coordinate with restaurant owners for collection of required information and documents.
n
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, interested restaurants and onboarding status.
n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful activation of onboarded restaurants.
n
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and onboarding targets.
n




- Build and maintain professional relationships with restaurant owners.
n

Candidate Requirements:

n

n
- Fluency in English and Kannada is mandatory.
n
- Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
n
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
n
- Target-oriented with the ability to consistently follow up with prospects.
n
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
n
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, merchant acquisition, restaurant onboarding or B2B sales is preferred.
n
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
n

We are looking for candidates who are energetic, persistent, confident on calls and comfortable working with targets, with the ability to take ownership of a restaurant from the initial call through successful onboarding onto the Tipplr platform.
