This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, is creative and organized, and is comfortable working with a young child.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR & CoordinationAssist with recruitment, interview scheduling, onboarding and employee coordination.

n

Maintain basic HR documentation and records.

n

Coordinate with employees, candidates, vendors and management.

n

Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities.

n

Guest Relations & Digital MarketingAssist with guest communication and coordination for the company's hospitality/property activities.

n

Occasionally travel to the Karjat villa for guest relations, events or operational requirements.

n

Help ensure guests have a professional and welcoming experience.

n

Assist with social media, photos/videos, content creation and basic digital marketing.

n

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

n

This is not a sales or target-based role.

Early Learning – 6:30 PM to 8:00 PMThe final 1.5 hours of the regular working day will be dedicated to engaging a young child in age-appropriate learning and developmental activities.

n

Conduct storytelling, picture-book reading, rhymes, music, sensory play and other Montessori/play-based activities.

n

Support early language, communication, social and motor-skill development.

n

Help prepare simple and creative weekly activities.

n

Previous Montessori/ECCE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

n

The selected candidate will receive training and guidance on Saturdays for early-learning and Montessori-based activities.

n

Candidate ProfileGraduate/undergraduate; freshers may also apply.

n

Positive spoken English and interpersonal skills. Friendly, cheerful, patient and comfortable around young children.

n

Organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

n

Comfortable interacting with guests and different types of people.

n

Interest in HR, hospitality, content/social media and early childhood learning.

n

Comfortable taking basic photos/videos and assisting with social-media content.

n

Willing to occasionally travel to Karjat when required.

n

Candidates from HR, hospitality, guest relations, cabin crew, Montessori/ECCE, teaching, content creation or digital marketing backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

TrainingTraining and guidance will be provided for the different aspects of the role. Saturday sessions may include Montessori/early-learning training and activity planning.

n

Note: The child-learning responsibility from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM is within the regular 11:00 AM–8:00 PM working hours and is not additional working time.
