Language: Spanish B2 or higher

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

What Will You Do?
n
Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
n
Understand job requirements and identify the right talent.
n
Build and maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships.
n
Handle client interactions and conference calls.
n
Review applications and assess candidates against position requirements.
n
Research new technologies and maintain candidate databases.
n
Prepare daily recruitment reports and coordinate with the team manager.
n
Support and mentor junior recruiters.
n
What Are We Looking For?

Spanish proficiency at B2 level or higher.
n
Good written and verbal communication skills.
n
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
n
Recruitment and sourcing skills.
n
Good negotiation and selling skills.
n
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, internet research, and social media platforms.
