Job Description

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

n

a. Fabrication and Manufacturing: Fabrication of biomaterials based medical device under clean room conditions

n

b. Documentation and Reporting:

n

c. Preparing comprehensive reports, filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), and documenting all production-related activities.

n

d. Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), stability protocols, FAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, and maintaining thorough documentation of analyses.

n

e. Handling of equipment such as Lyophilizers, blister machines, microscope, etc.

n

f. Data Analysis: Data collection and analysis of the data as per the established protocol

n

g. Testing and Evaluation: Testing and analysis of medical devices in vitro and in vivo.

n

h. Strategic Planning: Documentation and strategizing future developmental R&D; work

n

Essential Qualifications and experience:

n

a.



Postgraduate with M-Tech/M Sc/M-Pharm with experience or soon-to-be postgraduate with related research work in a relevant discipline like Biomedical sciences / Biotechnology/ or equivalent.

n

b. Experience in manufacturing of biomaterials/biotechnology/biomedical products

n

c. A true team player with Experience in experimental planning and coordination of various operations for streamlined research

n

d. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and strong interpersonal/networking skills.

n

e. Robust work ethics, eagerness to learn and passion for research

n

3. Place of work:

n

Mainly Rabale, Navi Mumbai but can include outside work and visits.
