The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a track record of building and maintaining solid client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and executing account plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Responsibilities:

- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers

- Identify new business opportunities and upsell existing accounts

- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.

- Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour.
n
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to an account.
n
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas
n
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
n
- Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
n
- Identifying industry trends.
n
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.

Requirements:

- 5+ Years of experience in Enterprise sales
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Excellent negotiation and active listening skills
n
- Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
n
- Strong problem-solving skills.
n
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
n
- Understanding of consumer behaviours and industry trends.
