Summary:

As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating resources and aligning efforts with global delivery standards. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to established methodologies, and utilizing available tools and assets to meet client expectations. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and address any challenges that arise, ensuring seamless integration of security solutions within the organizational framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- Experience in managing privileged access security solutions and implementing best practices for access control.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management frameworks and security protocols.
- Ability to design and enforce policies related to privileged account security and compliance requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to privileged access management systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management.
- This position is based at our AMDC1A - NON-STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
