Position: Design Hardware Engineer

Experience: 5 - 10 years

Educational Qualification: BTech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering

n

Roles & Responsibilities:

n

Hardware Design

n

n
- End-to-end electronic hardware design & development independently.
n
- Design Analog, Digital, Power Electronics, SMPS, DC-DC, MOSFET & control circuits.
n
- Microcontroller-based circuit design and component selection.
n
- Schematic design, PCB design/layout, BOM preparation & hardware validation.
n
- Interface and integration of Sensors, Displays, ADC/DAC, Relays, Motors, Drivers, etc.
n
- Hardware debugging, testing and root-cause analysis.
n
- EMI/EMC design considerations, testing and troubleshooting as per applicable standards.
n
- Experience in EMI/EMC mitigation techniques, including grounding, shielding, filtering, layout and noise reduction.
n
- Hands-on experience with Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Power Supply, Function Generator, Electronic Load, etc.
n

Embedded Software / Firmware

n

n
- Develop and debug embedded firmware.
n
- Experience with MCU programming, bootloader, firmware upgrade and debugging.
n
- Implement communication interfaces such as UART, SPI, I2C, RS232/RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
n




- Develop communication protocols and interface software for hardware peripherals.
n
- Integration of sensors, displays, motors, communication modules and other peripherals.
n
- Firmware testing, troubleshooting and performance optimization.
n

n

Project Ownership

n

n
- Independently handle projects from concept → design → prototype → testing → validation → production.
n
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, Purchase and Quality teams.
n
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports and design change records.
n
- Should be capable of working independently with minimum supervision.
n

n

Required Experience & Skills:

n

n
- Diploma/BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics / EXTC / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field
n
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware and embedded product development.
n
- Strong knowledge of Analog, Digital, Power Electronics and Embedded Systems.
n
- Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools.
n
- Robust troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
