n Take Your Keys Realtors is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate for our Kolkata location. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales, managing client relationships, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Handle end-to-end sales for residential and commercial real estate projects
n
- Generate and convert leads into successful closures
n
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits
n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
n
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients
n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
n
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams
n
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
n
- Update CRM and maintain sales reports
n

n

Key Skills Required

n

n
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
n
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities
n
- Good understanding of the real estate sales process
n




- Target-oriented and result-driven approach
n
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Excel
n

n

Experience Required

n

n
- 3–4 years of experience in Real Estate Sales
n
- Experience in residential and commercial property sales preferred
n
- Candidates from the Real Estate industry only
n

n

Compensation
n Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹33,000
n Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus

Preferred Profile

- Candidates currently working as Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Unit Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager
n
- Strong knowledge of the Kolkata real estate market
n
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
