Role Description This is a full time, on-site Videographer role based at Cafe Wink in Delhi, India. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce video content that showcases the café’s menu, ambiance, events, and brand story for social media and other digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include operating cameras, setting up lighting, capturing high-quality footage, and collaborating with marketing and management teams to align content with brand objectives.

The role also involves basic editing, organizing media assets, and ensuring all video materials follow brand guidelines and timelines.



The Videographer will work closely with staff and guests in a busy café environment, requiring a professional, respectful, and service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production, including planning shoots, capturing footage, and coordinating post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Camera Operation and use of professional Camera equipment across different settings.
- Experience with Lighting and setting up appropriate lighting conditions for indoor café environments.
- Hands-on expertise in Shooting Video, including framing, composition, and audio capture.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar) and basic motion graphics is beneficial.
- Ability to translate brand and marketing goals into engaging visual stories for social media and digital channels.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
- Comfort working with diverse teams and guests, demonstrating inclusive, respectful communication.
