Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Recent Delhi.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, trimming and refining clips, and creating cohesive final videos that align with project objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing footage, adding transitions, titles, and graphics, synchronizing audio, and performing color correction and basic sound adjustments. The role involves collaborating with producers, directors, and other creative team members, incorporating feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of content for broadcast and digital platforms.

Editor will also help maintain file organization, backup workflows,



and adherence to quality and technical standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic motion graphics tools.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and best practices for exporting content for broadcast, social media, and online platforms.
- Skills in storytelling, pacing, visual composition, and the ability to interpret scripts or briefs into engaging video narratives.
- Experience with basic audio editing and mixing, including dialogue cleanup, sound effects, and music integration.
- Knowledge of color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and enhance the overall look of footage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, respond constructively to feedback, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach to file management and project archiving.
- Relevant education in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience; prior experience in a broadcast or media environment is an advantage.
