PixelSpice is a video editing studio working with content creators and businesses on YouTube long-form, short-form, and reaction/commentary content. We're growing our editing team and looking for someone eager to learn and build real experience in professional video editing.

What You'll Do

- Edit raw footage into polished long-form and short-form videos
- Work on pacing, cuts, captions, and basic motion graphics under guidance
- Collaborate with the team on feedback and revisions
- Learn our editing workflow and style guidelines across different client niches

What We're Looking For

- Basic familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro (formal experience not required)
- Genuine interest in storytelling, pacing, and video content
- Reliable, coachable, and comfortable taking feedback
