About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, professional, and visually appealing videos for digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of short-form content, storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, captions, sound design, and social media trends.

Experience in healthcare, medical, health-tech, hospitals, doctors, clinics, wellness, or pharmaceutical content will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, promotional videos, and long-form content.
- Create strong hooks and engaging openings to improve viewer retention.
- Add captions, subtitles, text animations, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, music, and visual effects.
- Use motion graphics to simplify complex concepts and make educational content easy to understand.
- Perform basic colour correction, colour grading, audio cleanup, and sound mixing.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Adapt videos according to different platform requirements such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver revised versions within the agreed timeline.
- Maintain organised project files and deliver final videos in the required formats.
- Stay updated with current social media video trends, editing styles, hooks, and audience-retention techniques.
- Use AI tools where appropriate to improve editing speed, captions, audio, visuals, and content production.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in video editing.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual flow.
- Strong knowledge of short-form/Reels/YouTube Shorts editing.




- Good understanding of dynamic captions and text animation.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of motion graphics.
- Good sense of music, sound effects, transitions, and audio timing.
- Knowledge of colour correction and basic colour grading.
- Ability to select relevant B-roll, stock footage, images, and visual elements.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently execute the final video.
- Ability to work within deadlines and handle revisions professionally.

Software / Tools

Experience with one or more of the following:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- CapCut Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- Photoshop / Canva – added advantage

AI video/editing tool experience is a strong plus, such as Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, CapCut AI, Adobe AI tools, or similar platforms. Current video-editor roles increasingly value AI-assisted editing and content workflows.

Healthcare / Medical Content – Preferred

Candidates with experience creating videos for:

- Hospitals
- Doctors / Healthcare professionals
- Clinics
- Health-tech companies
- Medical education
- Wellness brands
- Pharmaceutical companies
- Healthcare products/services

will be preferred.

Experience in converting complex medical or technical information into simple, engaging, trustworthy visual content will be an added advantage.

Portfolio – Mandatory

Candidates must share a portfolio/showreel along with their application.

Please preferably share

- 3–5 best video edits
- Short-form/Reels/YouTube Shorts samples
- Healthcare/medical videos, if available
- Motion graphics samples, if available

Compensation: ₹500 per finished minute.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
