US Admin Associate / US Non-Technical Associate Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 1Year Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Role Type: Non-Technical About the Role We are looking for a US Admin Associate to provide administrative and operational support to CPAs and CPA firms. The ideal candidate should have a basic to sound knowledge of US Tax forms and processes, Excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail. This is a non-technical role focused on administrative coordination, documentation, client communication, and supporting CPA/CPA firm operations.

Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and operational support to CPAs and CPA firms.

- Assist with client onboarding, including collecting required client information, documents, and basic details.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and tax documentation.
- Follow up for missing or pending documents and information.
- Assist with basic data entry and verification of financial/tax information.
- Coordinate with CPAs and CPA firms for day-to-day requirements.
- Track assignments, deadlines, and pending activities.
- Handle routine email communication and client coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.




- Support other administrative requirements of CPA/CPA firm operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Basic knowledge of US Tax forms and basic US Tax processes.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
- IRS calling experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and other basic office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage confidential client and financial information.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Non-technical role – no accounting or technical skills required.
- Preferred Candidate - Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience working with CPAs, CPA firms, or US-based clients will be an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in US Tax documentation, tax forms, or IRS calling will be preferred.
- CPA qualification is not mandatory.
