Role Overview

We are looking for a driven, high-performing US IT/Non-IT Recruiter with 1 to 3 years of hands-on US recruitment experience.

We need a resilient recruiter who thrives in repetitive, high-volume requirement cycles without getting burnt out, and who possesses deep, hands-on expertise in US tax terms, visa compliance, direct client engagements, and US geography.

Key Responsibilities &

Requirements

- End-to-End US Recruitment & High-Volume Execution
- Manage complete lifecycle US recruitment for diverse IT and Non-IT roles from sourcing to onboarding.
- Resilience for Repetitive Roles: Comfort and capability handling repetitive, high-volume recurring positions without getting fatigued or losing execution speed.
- Source, screen, and pipeline top-tier talent utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, and advanced Boolean search strings.
- Handle rate negotiations, candidate submissions, and manage the full offer rollout process.
- Deep Expertise in US Tax Terms & Employment Types
- Extensive hands-on experience handling W2 positions,



particularly working closely with direct clients.

Comprehensive

Visa & Work Authorization Knowledge

- In-depth understanding and practical working knowledge of US work authorizations and visa categories, including:

o US Citizens and Green Card Holders (GC)

o H1B and H4 EAD o OPT / CPT (F-1 Students)

o Ability to accurately vet candidates for compliance, transfer timelines, and project eligibility based on their specific visa status.

- US Geographic Knowledge
- Solid familiarity with the US job market, major business hubs, time zones, and geographic regions to effectively map talent pools, target local or remote candidates, and align with client location expectations.

What We Are Looking For

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT/Non-IT Recruitment.
- Proven track record of handling W2 direct-client requirements.
- Sound knowledge of US tax terms, compliance standards, and visa types (OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Comfortable working in USA EST shift.
