Designation: US Accountant (Night Shift) Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 0.6 or above Years Salary: As per the experience Job Profile: Key Responsibilities Core Accounting Activities - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

- Perform bank entries and bank reconciliations
- Book sales and purchase invoices
- Pass journal entries
- Support cash management activities General Ledger & MIS - Maintain General Ledger records
- Prepare and share AR/AP ageing reports
- Perform Gross Profit (GP) analysis
- Conduct expense analysis
- Prepare weekly work status reports in Excel Reporting & Closing - Prepare financial statements for US-based clients
- Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports Client Communication - Assist in client reporting
- Maintain documentation accuracy as per client formats
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery Eligibility Criteria Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or CA Inter (dropped / appeared) or ICWA Inter (Dropped / appeared) Experience:




- 6 months to 2 years of International Accounting / US Accounting / KPO Accounting experience Technical Skills:
- Solid Excel skills
- Understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred but not mandatory) Benefits - Monday to Friday working
