Role Description The University Relations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with universities and colleges. This role oversees end-to-end campus engagement activities, including planning outreach campaigns, coordinating information sessions, and organizing events to promote Simandhar’s programs. The person in this position will collaborate with academic institutions, faculty, and placement cells to drive university recruitment initiatives and strengthen Simandhar’s presence across campuses.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing university partnerships,



tracking program performance, supporting student engagement initiatives, and aligning campus strategies with broader organizational goals. This role works closely with internal teams such as marketing, admissions, and program management to ensure seamless execution of university-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in University Relations and College Recruiting, with experience in building and sustaining long-term institutional partnerships.
- Candidates should possess experience in University Recruitment and Program Management, including planning, executing, and tracking campus programs and events.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences, collaborate with stakeholders, and represent the organization professionally.
- Relevant experience in education, edtech, talent acquisition, or campus hiring, preferably within finance or professional certification programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data-driven decision-making, basic reporting, and use of CRM or similar tools for relationship management.
- Willingness to travel for university visits, events, and partnership activities as required.
