In this role, the Unified Communications Support Engineer will act as a software detective, investigating and resolving issues across critical business systems. They will ensure the smooth operation of applications through proactive monitoring and collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions.
- Provide timely solutions to problems affecting immediate and multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for support processes.
