Role Summary :

The ideal candidate will support operations and manage delivery for production systems and services at ARA's Client. They will ensure the reliability and availability of enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain high availability through proactive health checks and incident support.
- Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, and OneDrive.
- Configure monitoring, tune alerts, and build dashboards to reduce alert fatigue.
- Utilize PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API to streamline operations.
- Participate in ITIL processes, runbooks, and disaster recovery support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident communication and mentoring.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with security and service management standards.





Must-Have Qualifications :

- Minimum 6 years of total experience with 5 years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and M365 services.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in hybrid Microsoft environments and identity services.

Nice to Have :

- M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
- Messaging Administrator Associate certification.
- Experience with ITIL Foundation v4.
- Knowledge of AIOps and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Familiarity with Digital Employee Experience (DEX) initiatives.
