About the Role

We are looking for a CRM & Client Acquisition Executive to support lead engagement, qualification, client acquisition, and relationship management across B2B markets. The role will work closely with Marketing and Sales to convert leads into qualified opportunities and strengthen client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage MQLs and SQLs from initial engagement through qualification and sales handover.
- Engage prospects through email, Linked In, SMS, and calls to drive meaningful conversations.
- Maintain CRM data, lead stages, follow-ups, and pipelines.
- Re-engage existing and past clients for repeat business, account growth, and recent opportunities.
- Research target companies and decision-makers to support client acquisition.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality, engagement,



and conversion.
- Track lead and CRM performance and share regular insights.

Experience

- 2+ years of experience in CRM, client acquisition, inside sales, business development, growth marketing, or client engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Hub Spot, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- B2B and global market exposure is preferred.
