WE ARE HIRING | SME – Networking (L3) Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO) Experience: 8 Years Shift: 24x7 Support We are looking for an experienced SME – Networking (L3) to join our growing team at SHI India The role involves managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex enterprise network environments within a Managed Services setup.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in network security, SD-WAN, routing, wireless, cloud networking, and advanced L3 troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure network solutions.

Provide L3-level troubleshooting for complex network, connectivity, and performance issues.

Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls and Meraki SD-WAN .

Handle routing, switching, BGP, VPN, SD-WAN, and network security technologies.

Configure and support Aruba/Mist, Sophos, Fortinet, Cisco , and related technologies.

Support hybrid and multi-cloud network connectivity and infrastructure.





Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues.

Collaborate with L1/L2 teams, internal stakeholders, and OEM/vendor support teams.

Drive network automation, monitoring, and operational improvements.

Maintain accurate network documentation, configurations, and operational procedures. Mandatory L3 Expertise Candidates must have robust hands-on experience in: ✅ Palo Alto Firewall ✅ BGP / Routing ✅ Meraki SD-WAN ✅ Advanced Network Troubleshooting Experience & Skills 8 years of relevant Network Engineering experience.

Strong experience in a Managed Services environment .

Hands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
