About the Role Policybazaar is looking for an experienced Manager – Telesales Operations to lead large B2C sales teams, drive business performance, and ensure operational excellence in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large Telesales / B2C Sales teams .

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and revenue goals .

Monitor key performance metrics including Productivity, Conversion, Attrition, and Shrinkage .

Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve sales performance.

Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.

Manage team performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Work closely with Training, Quality, HR, and other stakeholders to improve business performance.

Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards,



and compliance requirements.

Prepare and analyze MIS and performance reports .

Mandatory Requirements Robust experience in Hardcore Sales .

Proven experience in B2C Sales .

Hands-on experience in Telesales / Inside Sales Operations .

Experience managing large team sizes .

Strong experience in managing Attrition and Shrinkage .

Strong understanding of sales metrics such as Productivity and Conversion .

Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.

Graduation is mandatory.

Regional language proficiency is mandatory.
