Experience: 5–8 Years Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA Duration: 6 months Role Detail Support the transformation and digitization of balance-sheet reconciliation and manual journal processes through the Black

Line SaaS platform.

Lead and manage the Black

Line System Administrator team, including task allocation, guidance, mentoring and performance monitoring.

Maintain and configure the Black

Line platform in line with business requirements.

Administer system settings, user permissions, access controls and user profiles.

Maintain Black

Line master data, including charts of accounts and mapping tables.

Conduct audits and validation checks to maintain data consistency and integrity.

Monitor compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and security standards.

Develop management reports and KPIs covering reconciliation status, outstanding actions and process efficiency.

Configure and manage reconciliation workflows, including in-transit runs.

Deliver Black

Line training and ongoing technical support to users.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders across GBS, finance and control teams.

Identify opportunities to improve process speed, quality and efficiency.

Skillset Black

Line system administration, maintenance and configuration SAP FI-CO, SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA knowledge User-access management and system-security controls Master-data management and validation Black

Line workflow configuration Reconciliation and manual-journal process knowledge Understanding of end-to-end finance processes,



including: Order to Cash (O2C) / Procure to Pay (P2P)/ Record to Report (R2R) Financial control monitoring and governance Report development and KPI monitoring Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities Planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills Stakeholder management and influencing skills Clear written and verbal communication Team leadership, coaching and capability development Ability to work independently and manage concurrent tasks Continuous-improvement and digital-first mindset Adaptability to changing business requirements and priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in finance and technologies such as Black

Line, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office Suite.

Previous Black

Line experience is preferred.

Black

Line and SAP FI-CO experience is preferred.

Experience or knowledge of finance processes and accounting operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated continuous-improvement mindset and commitment to operational excellence.

Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

Experience working with stakeholders across different organizational levels, geographies, and time zones.

Experience in the power or oil and gas industry is desirable.

Big Four, Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service Centre (SSC) experience is desirable.
