Job Description

We are looking for an Associate Team Lead – Spatial Design with solid design sensibility and experience in workplace space planning, concept development, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

n

Lead spatial planning and workplace layouts based on client requirements.

n

Develop design concepts, mood boards, and design proposals.

n

Handle client presentations, discussions, and feedback.

n

Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers.

n

Review layouts and ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

n

Coordinate with 3D, Design Delivery, and Execution teams.

n

Support the Design Lead in design pitches and project development.

n

Required Skills

n

Strong space planning and design sense.

n

Excellent client handling,



communication, and presentation skills.

n

Good understanding of workplace design, furniture planning, circulation, and space utilization.

n

Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team.

n

Software:

n

AutoCAD – Mandatory

n

SketchUp – Mandatory

n

Any rendering software such as Enscape / V-Ray / D5 / Lumion – Required

n

Revit – Added advantage

n
