Job Description:

Techno-commercial field role responsible for identifying oil filtration requirements, recommending suitable solutions, and providing on-site technical support and service to industrial clients.

● Visit industrial clients to identify oil filtration opportunities and generate recent business
● Understand client machinery, oil types, and contamination issues on-site
● Recommend suitable filtration solutions from C.C.JENSEN A/S product range
● Conduct technical discussions and product demonstrations with plant teams
● Diagnose root cause of oil contamination problems in production systems
● Suggest corrective and preventive filtration solutions based on analysis
● Handle client enquiries, prepare proposals, and close sales orders
● Visit sites for service complaints, troubleshooting, and performance issues
● Support installation, commissioning, and smooth functioning of filtration systems
● Coordinate oil sampling, testing, and interpretation of reports
● Build strong relationships with maintenance, production, and purchase teams
● Ensure timely follow-up for sales leads and service requests




● Maintain visit reports, service logs, and sales pipeline updates
● Coordinate internally for order execution and service support
● Educate clients on best practices for oil cleanliness and equipment life improvement

Requisite Skills:

● Strong technical understanding of lubrication, hydraulic systems, and oil filtration
● Ability to diagnose industrial problems and provide practical solutions
● Techno-commercial mindset with ability to convert leads into business
● Good communication and presentation skills with factory-level stakeholders
● Hands-on approach with willingness to travel extensively for field visits
● Problem-solving attitude with customer-focused approach

Relevant Experience:

● 3–6 years in industrial sales, service, or maintenance roles
● Experience in lubrication, oil filtration, hydraulics, or related industrial products preferred
● Prior field experience in manufacturing plant environment will be an advantage
